Our vineyard includes 38 parcels with picturesque names such as Frileux, Belle Noue, Mont Jaillard and Germinon. It extends over 5 hectares, spread over the famous towns of Hautvillers and Epernay - within the scope of the recent UNESCO Classification - and the village of Chouilly, 100% grand cru.

We cultivate the 3 grape varieties Champagne: Chardonnay (60%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Meunier (10%).
