At the heart of the Cramant vineyard, 7 km south of Epernay, a Grand Cru classified village in the Côte des Blancs, Champagne Bonnaire makes its own range of wines. Fernand Bouquemont, the maternal grandfather of Jean-Louis Bonnaire, founded this small business in 1932. The vineyard now covers 22 hectares, and mainly consists of Chardonnay.
